Terrible service

This is not the first time....my subscription for zoosk ended at the end of March so for two months i could see who had left messages or tried to contact me but i couldnt message or contact them until i renewed my subscription. I did so on Sunday the 24th May. Next thing i notice that i have to log in . When i try that im told that i have been blocked by a system administrator for and told to go read terms and conditions. I havent been active on zoosk for two months so not even sure as to why terms the blocked me on. Everytime i email the so called hrlp desk nothing actually gets resolved or nothing is accounted for. The last time this happend IT TOOK ZOOSK TWO MONTHS TO ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP!!!! What a joke the keep proving to be.....its been five days and still my account is blocked and i have no access to my zoosk acount
