Paid Subscription but no activation

I paid my subscription last Wednesday and am awaiting confirmation from the dating site re: activation. No response after two emails. If they could just communicate and not just take the money and run so to speak. My reference number is : *** - Global Collect SA. Can someone please respond to me! Thank you.
