Zoom.us bad customer service

The worst customer service to date.... I have been trying to cancel a subscription but to no avail... they mark tickets as completed without any action. This is not acceptable... Apparently customer money is fine, but if you want to cancel, they ignore you.... It is such a shame because their product is good, it is the customer service that is the pits!!
