ZOOM Terrible customer service - non-existent

It is ridiculous how long it takes for Zoom to resolve a issue - if it is ever going to be resolved. The keep closing the tickets to help us when they send a simple email to show you how to do it yourself when I keep telling them there is fault with the account and we are thus unable to. They take a week to answer every time just wasting our subscription for a month when we have been unable to use it.
