Good Day, I recently took out a service plan on my vehicle with zoom Motors and discovered in the week that the agent that assisted me with the policy did not include the cambelt to it after I repeatedly told her to add it onto my plan...I than contacted zoom Motors to request the recording and was told by the manager that assisted me that he would get back to me by Friday which was yesterday and no call was made to me so be people be very careful when taking out a policy with them as the consultants miss lead you and dont do what you tell them to do and they even refusing to refund me my 2 payments made to them.
