Horrible service

I joined the insurance for car Maintance/service a while ago. Paid for the waiting period, and when it was time for me to claim, they told me I was on the wrong package. I had made it clear my car was used for commercial use. I was told someone from another department was going to call me to resolve the situation. Till today I have not been assisted.
