No Claim payment and Poor service

They have poor service, and they do not pay claims. For them to pay is a struggle. The first time I took my car for service, I was told to pay from my own pocket because MVIA indicated that they do not do immediate payments, While I notified them that I was taking the car for service. I paid for the car service (R4700), and I was told I was going to be reimbursed, but only to find that MVIA only paid R1900 of the amount. On my second car service, they never paid at all, and they had the audacity of deducting from my account up to date. I made a follow-up on my claim one day, and the assistant failed to disclose her name. She said she does not normally disclose herself.
