Don't use them

Be careful/avoid, I had a policy that started Feb 2024,gave them the information and now they don't want to cover my service, I bought the car last year end July 2023 from a dealership,and I reached my first 20k service requirement,Firstly there paperwork was incorrectly made out,I recall the conversation with them,and I was service will be due after 20k(km),now they don't recalled and don't want to provide the recorded conversation.
