USELESS SERVICE FROM ZOOM FIBRE

Please be aware when signing up with Zoom Fibre in Northdale , Pietermaritzburg. The service is continuously down and they are unable to rectify the problem. The only excuse is that the municipality has dug up or damaged their lines. This is a blatant lie. We have had three days of disrupted services and has still not been fixed. They will deduct the full premium without any compensation. This matter is now being reported to the Consumer Council. Zoom Firbe is ripping their customers off. BE CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING UP.
