I have referred a friend 3 weeks ago and they haven't made an instillation,when we contact them they have told us that ,they accidentally sent a reference of someone else so we have paid into a wrong account

I have referred a friend 3 weeks ago and they haven't made an instillation,when we contact them they have told us that ,they accidentally sent a reference of someone else so we have paid into a wrong account.But they have no resolved it till now I'm very disappointed.
