Withdrawal Request taking FOREVER

Been playing online with them for several months, but struggling to get my withdrawal from them. Consultants have been trying to help but insist they are also waiting for feedback from accounts as they have send numerous internal mails to no response as well. If only feedback was provided but just nothing at all, they state within 24 hours they would have processed your withdrawal request, 52 hours and still counting. And they only have online chat, no email, no number nothing, you can only communicate with the consultants. I really hope this will be sorted ASAP.
