Non service from Zonewatch Security

Extremely poor service. Recieved a phone call at 17h05 to inform me of an alarm activation. Phoned at 17h28 to request feedback. Were **** to that armed response was nearly there. Phoned again at 17h55 for feedback but no feed back were given. Loadshedding got the blame. Told they will send someone out. My next door neighbour were waiting for about an hour with the key to grant them access but no one have arrived yet. Totally unexeptable. Pay my monthly subscription to get no service as by the time they arrive someone could have been killed or the house ransacked.
