Delivery times and periods

I ordered something from Bid or Buy's website, the seller being Zone Worx.<br> <br> This was last week Tuesday, if I recall correctly. <br> <br> Firstly you pay for delivery and then they say 3 working days for delivery to take place - now I have been waiting 6 working days for my order and still nothing received - I also work for the courier industry and know how it works.<br> <br> I have contacted them also and was told delivery will take effect Monday morning and it is now Wednesday and yet no order? The tracking number provided does also not track on their courier services website.<br> <br> I am still waiting.<br> <br> I want my order.<br> <br> Thanks all.
