Unable to Finish my car & cant give Courtesy car

On the 5th of January 2015 I booked in my car (VW Amarok) in for a spray-painting job to change and enhance the colour. The job was scheduled to take 2 weeks. The aforementioned panel-beater alleges that he is unable to get the paint, but promised that the paint will be sourced soon. Every time I call I am promised that the paint will be sourced in a few days time. It is now 50days later and he is still not yet done with my car. I asked for a courtesy car, as I am organising and getting married in 10 days time. Moving around has been a huge challenge and I need the car for going away on vacation after the wedding. <br> <br> Please help!!!
