not responding to calls

i had an accident last year when i was bumped at the back and the guy promised to pay for repairs that he did and my car was taken to this panelbeater (zombodze panelbeaters) in orlando and repairs were done and the car brought back after fighting for it , and when i got the car back i discovered that there was a problem at the engine which was not damaged as the accident was at the back, then this mdumiseni took it again and asked for R5500 for the repairs on the engine i paid and when the car came back the rear light was not working was cracked and my spare wheel was not there, i told him about all this and he promised to bring the spare wheel until today and my rear lights are still not repaired, again my car was overheating earlier this year (march to be specific) then i took it to him as he was the last person to fix my car then he came to fetch my car, i bought all the required parts for overheating then he (mdumiseni) said thegasget that i bought is not the right one my car needs a special gasget that i have asked mechanics that is there a special gasget and everybody tells me he has ****** me and he charged me R3700 for labour and i havent git my car back an he dont answer
