Disappointed and very Angry

My car(mini cooper) was taken for repairs to Zombodze in 2013, My insurance paind them R60000 quoted by these panelbeaters. My car was delivered to me at my workplace which was not the agreement. Only to find that the rear light was broken, driver's window is of a different car with a different VIN No, Windscreen leaks when it rains. There's wind coming in through the driver's door when driving. They put the same damaged door sill, drilled in the sill guard, boot not properly aligned, They quoted R8426 for the door alone and R8976 for the Inner Door Panel which adds up to R17402 while they used my same door that was crashed, the list is endless. windscree= R3864, pillar post=R2450 while the other pillar post is falling off but it was intact before they fit in the windscreen. Paint is cracking and smudged. I have all the pics before and after. I made contact with him, to date no response. my car is falling apart while he was paid in full for new parts. The agreement was that the car should fixed to it's origina form. One of their clients just told me that they took some parts from his mini cooper, luckily he noticed and fought with them. The list is long!!! It's now 2015
