WORST SERVICE EVER RATHER NO SERVICE AT ALL

Good Day I am by far appalled with the level of service,as a matter of fact,no service given by your company.Since the month of March,I have been sending emails constantly,trying to get ahold of someone from help desk and have never received any form of feedback. You already debited my account and i still haven't received any form of communication from your guys. i am going to reverse the d/o as i have given you a chance to respond to my request. Its funny how when i go for the presentation you promise us the world which you are unable to deliver now. THIS IS TOTALLY BS SERVICE. can someone who knows how to do their job call me back ass soon as you receive this.
