Unfair treatment and *******

Me and My husband we were invited to a promotion at Empiror's Place on 16 September 2018. They were having a travelling promotion then we went there and we were helped by a consultant by the name of Beauty Khumalo. We decide to take the package of 17 950 and we agreed that they will deduct the money on the 1 October 2018 from my husband's account. The following Monday at work they told us that the company is not doing well and if it comes to a push they will be forced to retrench. Me knowing how the retrenchment work and our company is working with Dept. Defence SA and Denel. I told my husband that he must cancel the deal with Zoltac Lifestyle because we wont afford it because of the news at my company, I told him that I will rather take that money and pay all my debts so that when they start to retrench if I am part of the employees that are retrenched then I will be done with my debt. So my husband decided to call the lady by the name of Thembi Phola who is also working in the company on 19 Sept Thembi said my hubby must sent her and email and cc Marietjie who is their manager. My husband did that and also followed it up with Thembi said to him its fine even if its been deducted they will reverse it.

On the 1 October 2018 the money did not go through and we thought that ok they have acknowledged our concern and accepted our cancellation. Today 26th when we woke up we discovered that they deducted the whole 17 950 from my husband's account. The problem is that they deducted the money for our bond,municipality,cars groceries, account and the kids school fee. We currently have nothing and we cannot even pay municipality bills.

We tried to contact them this morning Marietje said she will call me at 11:00 today we she meet with Thembi and Beauty said she is at home there is nothing she can do. When I called the office they told me that Marietje is sick she wont come to work Thembi closed her phone whereas she promised me that she will call once Marietjie get to the office. I am very stress and we need the money otherwise no electricity, I cannot pay the accounts we cannot even pay our bond and what about the cars to get to work

They really mess up our live we need help Peter and they are no where to be found . It is not the first time they do this to me but I thought it is because I had a wrong consultant but I can see now that the whole company it not right.

Before I paid for a holiday that I had never use and the consultant told me that she will sell my holiday since I cannot use it and she will give my money so that I can at least get something out of it . Till today I have never get anything and I paid R260 for 24 month and I tried to cancel she threatened to take me to the lawyer to sue.
