Poor service

I'm M.Z Makgala membership number ZL15297 with this vacation club when I join I was told many interesting information that's the reason why I joined but all was just lies i was told that this will cover all the months anytime i want to vacate it will be simple and easy come now i want the vacation with my family in December I'm told that i had to pay from my own pocket when i ask why they say this membership doesn't cover December by the salesman explained different version because I'm disappointed and not satisfied with their service I decided to cancel but another story comes that I have to pay the cancellation fee of R1 187 remember this people have already took my R16500 and also I was told there will be no cancellation fee if I want to cancel but also I was **** to. The lady who I talked to is Hilatia Van Rooi.But when I join I spoke to another guy in Rustenburg. Then because the information I get from Hilaria is different from this guy I decided to find the truth from this guy only to find that their offices are closed. All I want I'd for them to cancel this contract as they have **** to me.
