No Service at All

I want to complain about Zoltac Lifestyle hospitality part. I'm a member for the past ten years ,the service I'm receiving from the consultants is very very poor 1. You will email asking for the list of available holiday places. It will take for ever for them to respond. When you receive the list Central Durban, Drankersburg is not on the list When you enquired about the two places you will be told that it is taken You will request to be given the date of when the new list will be available. You will be told the month but when the list comes same thing happens This year the 5 November was our 15 year anniversary we planned to travel to different provinces. From September we made enquiries , the list come back with Mpumalanga and North West. We decided to just take all our holidays that are available and take our business somewhere else. Up until now the consultant is not responding
