Zola gateway clinic's carelessness and laziness.

I hate Zola gateway clinic coz they don't do their jobs, a patient was brought in and they said he will be transferred to baragwanath hospital but now the person is nowhere to be found. How could they be so careless, useless and disorganized. Plz help me find my loved one.
