Unattended patients

We arrived at 5:00 in the morning. Gates were opened at 7:00 for patients to enter clinic. We stood inside the clinic with old people who cannot stand longer in queues. I confronted some health assistants why are we not allowed to seat inside the clinic while waiting for the doctors. They told me we should wait to be scanned prior to entering the clinic by another person who is still on his or her way to the clinic. Mind you it was 07:50. After an intervention from another health worker that's when we were scanned and it was found out the person who should have done scanning earlier did not pitch up for work. Nobody was aware about that. It seems health workers come and go whenever they want not worrying about their job especially the oath they took before taking this profession
