Poor service

I arrived at the clinic at 12:00midday 23 june 2021 for my child 1year immunisation. The lady that was supposed to write a date for me was on lunch while the other lady Mandlovu was working tirelesly opening files for thise who were going to see the doctor. Everyone is entitled to their lunch that is why i didnt have any problem with waiting. I waited until 13:30. it was then when i approached Mandlovu again to plz just write the date for me so that i can proceed. She had to stop with those going to the doctor and do the other lady's job. When i got to the office i was going to the nurse was on lunch but as soon as she saw i was on the line she promptly attended to me...it is the behavior like that of that receptionist lady that tarnishes the image of some government institutions. She came back from lunch at 14:00. That behaviour needs to be corrected because whenever i think of bad service i will not call her name i will say Zola Gateway. Thank you to Mandlovu who still respect and apreciates her job....the other lady whose name i do not know needs to be dealt with.
