Pathetic service

I fully understand the circumstances we currently find ourselves in but the service here is ****. They had only one doctor serving patients, fine. But the consulting rooms? I've never seen such. Consultations usually happen with closed doors but today, they didn't (how are we then to exercise doctor-patient confidentiality, or, did I miss something since lockdown restrictions were implemented???) Doors were kept open throughout the whole session with the doctor. I had come for a breast examination but the doctor did not even bother to examine me. She just asked what the problem was and that was it, dismissed me after that. No examination, just "screening" .....

Oh did I mention that she partook in a phone call during the consultation??? Yeah. She did.
