Bad service Bad customer services and attitude

I woke up early to get to family planning site as I am going to work today I got there 6:35 of which they open 7:30 I think now it’s 8:11 they telling I must go for a stamp at the clerks desk no body helped me from the time they got there they telling me about the notice on the door of which that notice is not so clear for others to see it and it’s not the first time Zola clinic staff they so lazy and so ungrateful with there jobs and how is it so for family planning to be combined with the sick people they should consider us when planning nxa this is so nonsense and annoying
