Bad service

It's 7:27am in the morning no staff member has entered the ANC ward. We all know work starts at 7 but nothing.. All they know when they arrive here is to talk and talk and only start working at 9. Come 10am they all go to tea break.. We've been here from as early as 5am in the morning but we'll leave at 4pm.. Life at a government institution😢
