Bad service
I have been trying for 3 weeks to update payment Method as my previous bank card was ******. I have tried by phone and email to sort this out . *********** personal, renewal team can not speak to clients, no seniors to talk to . Please do not join them . Amount going off accounts you do not know about . No feedback

Zoho IP address blacklisted causing non-delivery of Invoices
I have been using Zoho for over a year and suddenly all my invoices are no longer being sent, contacted my own host and they clarified that the Zoho IP address is blacklisted and this is the cause. I escalated this issue numerous times since last week Wednesday and no reply when they should reply within 3 days.
