The hair that they deliver is not hair that has been advertised! They tell you to return the hair, when you get to their shop they tell you that they do not do returns. The service is horrible, when you complain you are told that you are harassing the staff. Other clients who find me at the premises are being helped before me because they don't want the clients to hear the complaint. Misleading adds on the internet.
