Zoey nature hair ****

I ordered a combo from this company on the 22nd of march 2022 that was the day i made the deposit and according to her company standards it was said that we will receive our parcels within in 2-8 days which never happened in that manner eventually when we received our hair on the 15th of April 2022 it was not the hair i ordered and nor was it the hair that was advertised on her page i communicated with Zoey via whatsapp to inform her about the quality of her hair and that i would like a refund or an exchange on the hair se requested that i come to her salon in Pretoria 234 Erasmus street i went yesterday on the 27th of April because she said she will be at her salon to assist us which was not the case i tried calling her on several occasions and she ignored by calls and allowed me to deal with one of her rude workers called Victoria i demanded a refund for the hair or and exchange and they offered to give the same hair which i had a problem with the first time. i wasted about R500 to get me to her salon just to get a terrible customer service can you please assist me with getting back my money aswell as the money i wasted to get to her salon and there after claimed she was in cape town
