Terrible service

Im so dissapointed with the run around ive been receiving from this hair supplier. Ive made a purchase on the 16th February today is the 2nd march all they feeding me is lies on my order that should have been delivered at least 7 days after purchase. They running a mickey mouse salon. Please im encouraging anyone not to purchase from them. They not even refunding me back my money
