Very unhappy customer
We are extremely disappointed with our experience receiving our wedding photos from what we believed was a reputable photographer. Our wedding took place on 27 September 2025, and as of 31 March 2026, we are still waiting for our complete gallery as well as our keepsake box with the USB. We are now heading towards six months after our wedding, which is completely unacceptable. Since the wedding, we have received excuse after excuse for the delays. Messages are often ignored, communication is poor, and when we do eventually receive a response, we are given an ETA that is repeatedly missed. To make matters worse, we are not happy with the online gallery that was provided. There are fewer than 10 Mr & Mrs photos, more images of the décor than of the actual wedding moments, and almost no photos of our guests. We had also specifically requested a few special photos, which were never uploaded. This has been a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. Wedding photos are priceless memories, and the lack of communication, missed deadlines, and incomplete delivery have left us deeply unhappy.

Wedding Photography
This vendor showed promising wedding photography. Listed as vendor of the year 2024 of Bruidsgids Wedding Guide. Loved her photos. Booked her in 2024 for our wedding in 2025. Everything looked in order. Looked like every bride in 2024 gor their photos. Every single thing went well until after our wedding in May 2025. Her contract states 14-16 week waiting period. We waited 36 weeks(8 months) before we got our completed album. I never contacted her or bothered her in the 16 week waiting period. But maybe I should've because I personally think she forgot about our photos. Contacting her on week 16 she said she is 10 days behind. I gave her 14 days. Long story short from being "archived" on whatsapp and not getting my whatsapps to not answering her phone. We waited 36 weeks. Have heard all the excuses that could be used. From finally getting the truth on 26 January that she will finish our photos and it will be uploaded to our link. In beginning of December our photos should've been uploaded. Which means that it took her 36 weeks to edit. So she **** this whole time about our photos being completed and just needed to be uploaded. From struggling with her programs to not having wifi. Or not being at home so won't be possible to upload. Through everything I still tried being reasonable and accommodating. Knowing that life happens and we can't control everything. But from being 10 days late to 36 weeks late is a massive difference. Not being able to share our memories with our guests was horrible. My elderly mother with dimentia was in hospital and potentially losing her memories was awful. To have the thought that not even my own mother will be able to see our memories. But finally we have everything. She told us she will let us know when everything is uploaded. To this day have not heard anything from her. We paid for 450 edited photos. We have 35 edited photos as a couple together. And 197 photos is black and white which is all copies of the normal colour photos. Which means we basically only got 300 photos. Anyone can do a black and white filter. I think she got irritated with us contacting her and asking where our photos was so she only did the black and white to make up for the 450 photos. In the end we must be happy with what we got. To us it felt like she takes in more clients that she can handle. Taking money and doing the shoots but do not have enough time for the editing. Is the photos beautiful? Absolutely! Was it worth all the begging and pleading for our photos? Absolutely not. Can we leave a review on her Facebook page? Also no. So will not advise any couple to use her for the future.
