Pathetic financial practice

Financial department is pathetic, not able to copy your contact e mail correctly from forms filled in resulting in zero communication and not knowledge of invoicing and outstanding payments until the debt collectors contact you 3 months later to inform you of unpaid invoicing AND additional interest and collection costs.What an unnecessary, unpleasant and time wasting experience. be warned and avoid this practice. there are many other more professional establishments similar to this one that you can use.
