DEAR BRIDE , RUN VERY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ZODWA BRIDAL.YOU ARE GUARANTEED TEARS THE DAY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING!!!

The appalling and stupid service and systems at Zodwa bridal made me cry the day before my wedding!!! I ordered my dress in April and the offer came with a free veil for a wedding in September . To cut a horror story short, i had to project manage the making of my own dress. I will have to first inquire about when i should come for a fitting and only after asking i would be scheduled for an appointment!! When it was time to make the FREE veil i was told i had to pay 5000 which changed to 2500 which changed to 3000! Yep talk about a mess!!! Up until the day before my wedding, my dress was being fixed! They refused to let me leave with my veil after making payment because the money had to clear immediately. They bank with FNB and i with Absa. They would not accept a proof of payment. How dump and foolish is this!!! Zodwa bridal must update their business knowledge on how bank reversals wor****! Dear future bride rather get a referral than trusting these *********** Instagram businesses!!! Blindly trusting these Instagram business marketers is high risk. I wish i was warned!
