ZODEYS ***** SITE OR BAD SERVICE?

Purchsed BTS Merch for my daughter 14 Dec 2018, paid, got order & tracking number. A month later, no merch, nobody respoding to emails & struggling to track! Either this site is a ********** sight or the customer service is past pathetic! I would like my daughter to enjoy her BTS merch in 2019 not 2010!
