Zodey's ***** foe or not?

Zodeys is an international platform for selling goods via the internet. Such as Takealot. I purchased a product online and received an email instantly with a purchase number stating they would be sending an email with a tracking number within 1-3 days. I have not yet received this email. They only have an email address and facebook contact, but they do not respond to your requests. I am concerned that this may be a platform for *****, where they take your money and you never see the goods. As our postal service is so slow, I do not know if I will ever see the product and have no means of contacting them to verify if it is on its way or not. It is sad that people are creating amazing websites that lure us in to buy products we will never see but pay high prices for. Where have all the honest people gone?
