Refund for money paid for photo shoot

We were contacted by Milpark business school as we were graduating this year and we were given details for ZMB holdings so that we can communicate with them of which we did and this was in the beginning of march as we were graduating on the 20th of april 2021 so on the form we were supposed to pay an amount of R575 to hire and R250 to buy the sash which came to a total of R825 up until now they do not respond . i have paid them R825 before the end of march and we were told they will be in Durban for the photo shoot on the 21st &22nd but they l was given the 21st at 10am so on that day I was in an interview at work and I did correspond with them and asked them to reschedule but they refused and when I asked for the refund they then did not respond I have tried phoning and sending whatsup still no response afterwards and I wish Milpark business school will know about this and never ever work with them.( please let the school know at ***
