POWERSTAR LW inverter from ZL POWER CHINA

After having received a large shipment of inverters from ZLPOWER on the 15 May 2015, we connected one unit Powerstar LW Pure Sine Wave Inverter 3000w that had a Control board failure.( change over time delayed)<br> I contacted the sales rep Winnie, she asks me to disconnect the power and this an that. I reconnect and did another test. then im asked to swop the control board with another inverter. I did as requested and vice versa, after all of this, she asks me if the battery's are full or empty.I send a video clip of the issue and a couple of days later the outcome is as follows,<br> Winnie
