Bad after sales service from ZKTeco

After numerous complaints about a biometric system not downloading/uploading files correctly, I was contacted by one of their agents. I was given a cell number to contact so they can remotely access the system to look at the problem. Contacting the number given has no effect and only goes into voice mail. Very, very bad after sales service. I certainly will not use their product in future.
