Order for a 'speed camera'

I placed an order in December last year and paid online, I received an SMS on 16 December: Your order from Offer Max has been shipped. View order (#2639): If one clicks on the attachment, ons is directed to ziribox.com. Initially it would open, but once I've entered an enquiry on the web site, the web site could not be accessed anymore. The message received:

ziribox.com is currently unavailable. What can I do? If you're a visitor to this store
