System offline...
Struggle to sign in for @ least an hour and a half, tried two different wifi connection as well as Vodacom. Had to show customers away because i couldn't do any transactions. Called the service center and spoke to a Mandy who confirm that they are offline, after going off on her for not letting customers know of there problem she puts me on hold.... Had to phone back and all answer she can give me is "If you have the same problem in future please call us" ***.... Shouldn't you at least have a system in place notifying clients that your system is down. Why must the client phone every time to find out if you are down?????

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the downtime you experienced. We can assure you that this downtime is highly irregular, however, this still doesn’t make it excusable.
Our monitoring systems indicate that the unforeseen downtime was for no longer than 20 minutes and was resolved before we could communicate to the affected customers.
We strive for 100% uptime for our merchants and their customers and in addition, have reviewed the recordings of the call and implemented decisive action to improve responses to this uncommon incident.
