Poor Service from ZipZap Card Machine

I am seriously disappointed in not not the product, that works fine, but the service is terrible! I have been trying for almost two months now to log in to pull my statements! I am trying to run a business and i need all the documents of my sales, but i am not able to log in, pull reports, nothing! this is ridiculous!!! I want this sorted asap. I have only get a response every time i threaten them with Hello Peter and then even the response is not working!!!
