ZappyDeal a Deal or ****?

Hi, Facebook introduced a company called ZappyDeal which advertised a security camera for R292. Unfortunately, I fell for it and placed an order which I paid immediately through an eft on the 6th October 2023. Delivery was confirmed to take place within 5 working days. The so called zappyDeal sent me an email after 15 days telling me of their inability to fulfil their part of the deal and requested I forward my details for a refund which I did immediately. As I write this review, neither a refund nor an email has been received from them. Is this a **** or what? I really need my R292 refunded as soon as possible. They can't keep using my money for trading for almost two months now.
