Non-Delivery of ordered Bras online

I ordered 2 x Sabine | Support Bra with Lace online on 1 November 2023 for R671,98 (fully paid for), with a commitment that my order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened. I sent an email to complain, nothing happened. I went on their online review section and told how much I didn't trust them because of not receiving my order. It was not long thereafter that I received an email from a lady by the name of Joliane. She said I should wait for 15 days, as my parcel was at Customs. If I didn't want to wait, she was prepared to offer a refund. After the 15 days the parcel didn't come. I emailed her again. She said if the parcel didn't come after 10 days, she will refund me. I was going on holiday then, and I said I'll check with her when I am back if the parcel didn't arrive. The parcel certainly didn't arrive when I came back from leave on 17 January 2024. I emailed her again on 22 January 2024 to follow up. She has since not responded to my email again.
