ZIPPER DONT BUY

My Scooter bought April 2014, went for all its regular services.The last of which happened in End November 2014.Before this i have notified the agent of the problems that oi have, of ***** and nuts falling off on my Scooter whilst driving.i got so paranoid that i had to cable tie some nut holes.Nothing was done.My second incident (please note that i transport my 7 year old son on the scooter to school).<br> My brakes is suddenly acting up and i cannot ride or the brakes fail away.Last week friday i suddenly heard a huge wobbling, screeching noise on the scooter. I then ask advise from a mechanic and they advised me that it is the brakes and it could possibly be oil.We then had a look to find out no brake fluid and no oil which i happily replaced.Drove again and still heard this loud wobbling noise, came home from work and the mechanic put the scooter on the stands and advised that the Calipers and the brakes disc nuts are loose ? crazy thinking that i have been driving like this,the Agent( Lizanne/Stefan) calls emails me and saying that i need to pay for poor workmanship.Their service level sucks, Stefan was trying to blame me and said he wont do business with me,Dont buy Zipper,
