Zip zap are a bunch of *******!!!

It has taken me over a month to simply change my banking details with Zip zap. Countless emails and phone calls have all been ignored. A month and waiting to be paid by this company. I was the eventually told that the money was paid Into the closed account so it’s not their issue. This after the details were changed. Bank has confirmed this is impossible in writing but still nothing from zip zap. They tell me it’s my problem. That obviously I got my money because it didn’t bounce back on their side. Over a months worth of transactions. Don’t worry zip zap I don’t need to eat or pay bills!!! What shocking service!! I am at a loss for words at this stage. It’s theft at this stage as far as I’m concerned!!!!!!
