Zioux ( Your kitchen does not rule it sucks ! ) restaurant total Zoo !!!!

We arrived for my birthday 15 minutes late on 6 April 2022 . Such we notified the manager of through the whatsapp service offered by the restaurant . The manager rep**** immediately thereto and said thats fine we look forward to welcoming you . We arrived at the door to be told by the same manager our table had been given away as advised to her . She said she would look into offering us a table at another restaurant if they have space . We complained at this ridiculous shoddy treatment . We further sent a detailed message to their whatsapp service . Where their response was sorry we couldn't help you - when clearly the error was writ large as their's alone !!! As a regular supporter of Marble and Saint over the years , where I have had nothing but good service, I found this absolutely appalling . I happened to have a business lunch for 12 persons at Saint on the 8th April . I once again gave all my details in person to the Manageress of Zioux who apologised profusely and said she would be in touch . Once again . Nothing happened . Zero from Zioux !!!
