********** and poor service

<p>on the 21st October 2016 I bought some grocer and asked Zio cash and carry cashier for cash back of R2000 of which they gave me... I went there again on the 22nd and requested them to give me another cash back of R2000 of which its their daily limit but u only get it when u buy something. After a week I realized that my money was missing from the bank. So I went to the bank to see what was wrong.. The showed me my statement and Zio foods was the only store on the statement. What was happened was everytime they would deduct that cash back money combined with the grocer money they would also deduct 2000 thereafter. We called them from the bank the lady by the name of Isabell requested me to come to the store with evidence which is my bank statement. I did go there with the things she requested my card number , I'd book, and statement she took them and told me she will follow up they yet to do their books and because it was Friday she was already knocking off and she promised to call on Monday with some answers or clarity. The week went by without hearing from her I went back to the store to see what was going on. When I arrived there they told me that she was busy she couldn't see me cos i was still at work I went back to work without seeing her. Then I went back the following day luckily i found her. She told me she doesn't have answers for me she is waiting for Nedbank to get back to her after a week of not saying anything to me.. Still she didn't know what happened.. She claims someone might have cloned my card even though reference on my statement was of the Zio store... Even today my matter hasn't been attended to.. The amount they deducted it was 6000 when i went there. Also I had about 2000 something in bank of which later disappeared am writing this with a negative figure in the bank as they continue billing or deducting money from my bank... </p>
