Terrible service!!!

I ordered Zinplex products in the beginning of May this year on Zinplex's website.<br> <br> After numerous calls, half of my products were delivered in July. I phoned - AGAIN - and spoke to the office manager. After he promised me that my products are on their way, I was hoping that I can relax now. No chance!! I'm STILL WAITING!!!
