Review of Zinhle Debt Counselors:

Zinhle Debt Counselors is a big ****, This company’s deceptive practices and ********* behavior have caused significant distress and financial harm to me over the past five years since 2018. Initially lured into their services under the guise of debt review, I soon discovered that their promises were empty and their actions were harmful.

For the first four to six months, they debited funds from my account without effectively managing my debts or providing me with any statements to track their so-called progress. When I attempted to sever ties with the company due to their incompetence and lack of transparency, they suddenly claimed that I owed them a substantial amount of money R1800, without any evidence to support their claim.

Subsequently, the company went silent, ignoring my attempts to contact them and failing to provide me with essential information regarding my ongoing debt review status. Only after reaching out multiple times, did they respond in now October 2024, demanding an additional payment of R450 to allegedly clear my name from the mess they themselves created.

Their latest demand for payment is a blatant attempt to ****** more money from me, which is not a problem just so to clear my name. They have not provided me with the necessary details to deposit the required amount, This again is neglecting their responsibility to provide me as their client the service I was promised 5 years ago and never received till this very day. I find it cony that they stopped communicating right after I promised to write a review on them.
