Zinia understood the assignment!

Our JHB office fibre line went down in the late afternoon around 16h50. The following morning Zinia were in constant communication with me regarding the status of the issue. With such a critical business tool for a business, it is important to be updated throughout the process and Zinia do an excellent job at this so that I can communicate to users within the company.
